since that looks like spray-in hair stuff (distributed very unevenly) i would like to give the PSA that spray-in hair colour almost never looks good when applied in this fashion! if you HAVE to use it as your last hope, coat it evenly and brush with a comb slowly and carefully so that it does not clump together, and gets to all the hair it needs.
